Boris at Cardiff:
“The reason why I’m campaigning here in Wales today is because Labour has been in power here for so long that they’ve gotten absolutely complacent.
“They are not delivering for the people and they’re not delivering good enough healthcare – there’s been a doubling of the waiting list. It’s a disgrace that people in this part of the country cannot get proper cancer drugs, and I don’t think they’re doing enough to improve the infrastructure of the country and it’s a shame that educational standards are not improving the way they ought to.
“Folks it’s time for change in Wales and Welsh Conservatives will take this place forwards and I hope you’ll vote Conservative on May 5th.”
Well, that’s another well informed statement from our Boris. Can’t say I’d choose him the as the next PM, because self-indulgence is a rather caustic affair, not to mention the overwrought public sense of humour.
